For Landlords and Housing Partners
HASCO works together with community partners on solutions that expand housing options in Snohomish County for people earning the median income and below.
HASCO supports property owners who welcome rent voucher holders into their communities. Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) holders are subject to your standard lease. We supplement their rent with payments directly to you.

HASCO works with construction, maintenance and professional service providers to keep our properties and programs operating at their best. We issue multiple requests for proposals (RFPs) every year.
Housing Truths for Our Community
For the last 10 years, the number of new Snohomish County households exceeds the number of new homes built by about 25%. There are not enough places for people who live here.
31% of all households in our county pay more than 30% of their income to housing. These include fully employed workers in manual and semi-skilled labor positions that are essential to our everyday lives.
30% of low-income households (about 30,000) in Snohomish County pay more than 50% of their income to housing, leading many to sacrifice on food and health care.
Stable, safe housing allows individuals and families to take needed steps to improve their lives and income prospects.
